How does the slitter rewinder machine work?

Slitting machines has three main components: the unwind, the slitting method, and the rewind. The process starts when the metal coil at a given width is loaded into the unwind, allowing to pay out the material. As the material is fed out of the unwind, the blade cuts it into smaller widths according to the machine required. After the material finish slitting, the strips will rewound onto a corresponding core of the same.
